At HELLODICARE , we are committed to offering quality products designed to enhance the comfort and well-being of our customers. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

Our goal is to make the process simple and transparent while ensuring compliance with the necessary conditions to guarantee the quality and integrity of returned products.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in its original condition , meaning unused, unwashed, and without any signs of wear. The product must also be returned in its original packaging , along with all accessories and proof of purchase or the order number .

Unfortunately, any returned product that is damaged, incomplete, or shows signs of use cannot be accepted. Similarly, items damaged as a result of misuse, accident, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for a refund.

Exchanges are not offered . If you would like a different product or a different variation, please place a new order after returning the original item.

Return process

If you wish to make a return, please contact our customer service department by sending an email to contact@hellodicare.com specifying your order number and the reason for your return request .

Once your request has been reviewed, our team will provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return , including the address to which the product should be returned.

The item must be carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. We strongly recommend using a shipping service with tracking , as HELLODICARE cannot be held responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.

Upon receipt of your package, our team will inspect the product to ensure it meets the return conditions. Once this verification is complete, the refund process can begin.

Return shipping costs

If the product received is defective , damaged upon delivery, or if an error occurred during shipping , HELLODICARE will cover the return shipping costs and offer you either a replacement or a full refund .

In the event of a change of mind , an error during the ordering process, or for any other personal reason, the return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer .

Refunds

Once the return is received and inspected, we will process the refund within a maximum of 7 business days . The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the original order .

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the refund has been processed.

Depending on bank processing times, it may sometimes take a few additional days for the funds to appear in your account. If you still haven't received the refund after this period, we recommend contacting your bank before contacting our customer service.
